As just a freshman, Aiden Borja qualified for the first round of the San Diego Section Golf Championships, a tremendous accomplishment early in his high school career. The first round was held at Steele Canyon Golf Club on Monday, May 18, where Aiden competed in the second-to-last group of the day.

While it was not quite the round he had hoped for, Aiden finished with a score of 98 (+27) against a very competitive field. Qualifying for sections as a freshman is an impressive achievement, and we are excited to see his continued growth and development over the next three years of his high school golf career.
